Exclusive condominium tower

This project has the honor of being the first residential high-rise in downtown Seattle. Each floorplate was designed to accommodate three to five homes per floor, a configuration that results in unusually generous square footage for a urban condominium.

Design deliverables

This project’s strong architectural profile and window walls of floor-to-ceiling glass will guide every design decision to follow. Each open floorplan home will be visually dominated by city and/or water view, which means all interiors must be clean, modern and never in competition with the exterior elements. Residential kitchens are exclusive-to-project and designed by Susan Marinello Interiors. All public and residential shared spaces will simply (but very clearly) communicate the idea of exclusive urban enclave.
