Currently in development, this project is inspired by the grand residences lining Central Park on Manhattan’s
Upper Eastside. Just nine stories high, with 32 gracious homes. Each home offers a tranquil view of the Downtown
Park, the Bellevue skyline and/or Mt. Rainier.
Design deliverables
Essex on the Park has been carefully designed to exude calm and poise. Each palette embraces a classic past while
confidently resolving the complexities of modern living today. Grand terraces and tall windows create light-filled
spaces that are bright and welcoming, while rich wood flooring and cozy fireplaces create a warm, intimate environment
in which to relax and entertain. The homes are up to 2900 square feet and offer libraries, formal dining rooms,
high ceilings and wide hallways.
