Currently in development, this project is in the heart of downtown
Ketchum, one of Idaho’s most idyllic resort mountain towns.
Design deliverables
Each residence was carefully designed with both efficiency and the
natural environment of the area in mind, and features materials indigenous
to the region. Sturdy and classic oak hardwood flooring runs throughout the
main living areas, which feature solid core alder 8’ interior doors and
expansive 10’ ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of light and
frame the mountain and valley views and recessed lighting is designed to
highlight art work displays. Each home features a stacked stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
