Hyatt Regency Bellevue Olympic Tower
Bellevue, Washington

Developer: Kemper Development Company
Architect: Sclater Partners Architects

Four-star luxury property

The construction of the $185 million Olympic Tower marks one of the largest hotel expansions in Northwest history. It includes the addition of 351 guest rooms to the existing Hyatt Regency Bellevue. As a result, the hotel now offers a total of 733 guest rooms and suites and more than 60,000 square feet of premium level event space. This project continues to bring a new level of urban luxury and convenience to this rapidly expanding hospitality market. Located across Lake Washington from Seattle, Bellevue is a key destination for visiting technology professionals and consultants.

Design deliverables

"Everything in harmony" was the continuing key thematic driver behind this project. Bringing a new level of luxury and convenience was a necessity. Throughout the rooms, the dark stained wood creates a strong visual framework. The crown jewel of the Tower is the Grand Ballroom in which Susan custom designed the drop glass chandeliers, the wall covering and the custom carpet throughout.
